Tues. Oct. 31, Cape Fear Museum

On Halloween morning, head to Cape Fear Museum for some spooky fun. Little goblins can trick-or-treat, explore ghost bubbles, make creepy crafts, hear spooky sounds and more. Non-scary, family-friendly costumes only.

Haunted Horse-Drawn Tours

Oct. 27, 28, 31, Downtown Wilmington

Bump along the cobbled streets of historic Wilmington on a haunted horse-drawn tour. Horses AND their drivers are both costumed while family-friendly ghost stories are told along the way.

Halloween Fest

Oct. 20, Maides Park

The City of Wilmington is hosting a safe trick-or-treating event at Maides Park. Come for festive games, food, music and—of course—tricks and treats!

Goose Bumps in the Grove

Oct. 28 & 29, Poplar Grove Plantation

Kiddos can enjoy trick or treating, vintage carnival games, a monster mash sing along, and more. With 75 artisan vendors on site, food trucks and even a haunted manor house, there is something for everyone at this fall festival. Plus, all proceeds benefit conservation, education and preservation, which is a win-win.

Halloween Story Time

Oct. 28, Kure Beach Ocean Front Park

Little princesses and princes will enjoy a special Halloween-themed Story Time by the Sea at Kure Beach Ocean Front Park. Meet three different princesses, each reading a special story to the group. After story time, stay for Halloween crafts and princess photo ops.
